The Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation is dedicated to creating positive change by supporting underrepresented non-profits through volunteering and education opportunities for our associates.

To further our mission of inclusivity, we launched Inclusion in Action, a quarterly training program open to all associates across stores, distribution centers and corporate offices. This impactful program reinforces how to deliver equitable, thoughtful experiences—both for our guests and for one another.
