14. Subsequent event On February 14, 2013, we announced the resignation of Carl S. Rubin as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director and the appointment of Dennis K. Eck as our Interim Chief Executive Officer until a permanent replacement is identified. On March 12, 2013, we announced the permanent appointment of Scott M. Settersten as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the Company. Mr. Settersten previously served as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary since October 18, 2012. On March 18, 2013, we announced that our Board of Directors had authorized a stock repurchase program pursuant to which the Company may repurchase up to $150 million of the Company’s common stock. The repurchases may be made from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or otherwise, at prices that the Company deems appropriate and subject to market conditions, applicable law and other factors deemed relevant in the Company’s sole discretion. |
