To get the full Happiness Reed Diffuser experience, practice mindful breathing techniques... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
Unscrew the collar and remove the seal Replace the collar and insert the reeds Allow 48 hours for the fragrance to fill the room with scent For a stronger scent use all of the reeds, for a more subtle scent use fewer reeds and turn less often.

I have purchased this for many years and have several throughout my house. Happy to have these refills back in stock. I purchased a diffuser for my sister for her birthday. In years past I believe the diffuser was not fully filled with the oil. I thought the oil came in a refill bottle so you could add to the diffuser as needed. The scent can be a bit strong when diffuser is filled fully Much better to add as needed for desired strength.

This works great to fill a room with a nice strong scent does a very good job in our guest bathroom. The scent is a little too peppery for our taste to use in our bathroom however.
