Instantly broke
Literally opened the claw the first time and it broke. The pieces by the springs shattered. Didnt get to even put in my hair. Do not recommend

It broke after 3 or 4 days of use. Super sad because it was my favorite color and I have a hard time finding clips that hold my hair.
DO NOT ORDER - breaks immediately and no refund!
I ordered this product twice and both times I went to open the clip and it broke immediately. It snaps and breaks as soon as you try and use it. DO NOT ORDER! I reordered and learned my lesson, again. Ulta still hasn't provided me with a refund x2.
