You say this is safe to use on the waterline, but my eye doctor said using any product on the waterline is not recommended as it can lead to dry eye, especially in us older women. So how can you claim that, especially as it is waterproof? I ended up with dry eye after using another brand on my waterline and will never do that again. As my eye doctor said, it's called a waterline for a reason!

I was looking for a glide on eyeliner that stayed put and lasted all day. This one does that.
Love this
this eyeliner glides on so smoothly. i love how it lasts all day and doesn't flake at all. its easy to sharpen and the pigment is super dark, almost looks like a liquid eyeliner. i love how creamy it is and that you can smudge it with a makeup brush for a smoky look
Super smooth texture
Beautiful formula and texture. Smooth and great color payoff. The pigmentation is good enough to double as a lip pencil. It was the perfect chocolate brown for my dark eyes. It blended well into my upper and lower lashline. I don't know if it is waterproof, but it didn't bleed, which is awesome. On sale it is the perfect makeup staple because you will use it daily.
Revamped!
The classic eyeliner formula by Urban Decay has been revamped! I found this eyeliner to have longer lasting power than their older liners. It stayed perfectly in my waterline and the pigmentation is solid!
Good but not amazing
Overall I liked but didn't love this eye pencil. I tried it in shade Tootsie, which is a warm brown color. The color was lovely and I had an easy time applying - I haven't had to sharpen it yet so I can't speak to the issue that other reviewers have mentioned. The biggest issue with it is that it does transfer after a while so the results only truly last a few hours (or less if my sensitive eyes are teary that day). But it does look really beautiful on so I can't give it a bad rating!
