Works well, awful delivery
I love the product, meaning the actual serum. It works very well and it makes a real difference in the texture around my eyes. HOWEVER, the packaging is truly terrible. The tube is meant to be stored head down, but this makes the (rather pricey) serum leak into the cap. What a waste. And don't dare...

I love the product, meaning the actual serum. It works very well and it makes a real difference in the texture around my eyes. HOWEVER, the packaging is truly terrible. The tube is meant to be stored head down, but this makes the (rather pricey) serum leak into the cap. What a waste. And don't dare try to wiggle it out with your pinky because the cap has prongs in there that really hurt. Lastly, the metal "roller" is dumb and unnecessary.
Love it! But wish there was a version without the metal tip
I've used this for years and it works well. I have sensitive skin around my eyes and it does not irritate the eye area, even with make-up over it. However, I do not like the metal tip on the tube. When I travel, the cream leaks out into the lid. And since I don't use the metal roller tip, I feel like that is just more wasteful in a landfill.
