This bar soap is very gentle. I love how it has a bumpy texture, feels nice gliding over your body and face! The bar is nice and sturdy didn't "melt" away like other glycerin style soaps. Contains no paragons, silicones, sulfates or phthalates. Gentle enough for any skin type. Rinses easy and you feel clean and fresh

This soap smells nice and for a glycerin soap has held up well to being wet. Some glycerin soaps dissolve quickly after using. I did not like the nubs on one side of the bar.
