Can I use this body cream in my face?
- Asked by y.s.
- Official Answer By Clinique USThank you for your great question! Since the skin on your face acts differently than the skin on your body, we recommend the Clinique Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Oil-Free Face Cream, or one of our other sun products for the face, These were tested and developed specifically for the more delicate facial skin. - Q
Will I break out if I use this on my face ?
- Asked by Kristy
- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertYou should not break out at all. All of our products are tested thoroughly, and this is a great formula for anyone. It is not for use under makeup, as the texture is thicker than an SPF for incidental sun exposure. It was designed for use in direct-constant sun exposure. You should re apply every 90 minutes. Was this answer helpful to you

Very Impressed with Clinique's Sunscreen
I bought this sunscreen with SPF 50 for my vacation in Vegas in May. I wore it all over my entire body all 4 days we were out and about walking from morning to night in 100 degree F weather. I applied it once in the morning and depending on how hot it was I applied it a second time half way through ...

This product might save you from a burn but the negative aspects are too great for me to think about buying it again. At least for a man's skin (with hair on chest/arms), putting this stuff on is like rubbing and spreading peanut butter on yourself (and that would be easier). I had to wet my skin in...

Most sunscreens either clog my pores or irritate me. I wore this several days in a row at my pool when we had 90° weather in the northeast. I didn't burn. My cheeks are a tiny bit dry but not irritated. I try to replace my face sunscreen every summer and this was my 2024 choice. I'd recommend it. I would also say that I squeezed some of the sunscreen into my palm, spread it in my palm then put on my face. I'd also suggest that you not get it in your eyes as it will burn your eyes. Try it. I buy this sunscreen routinely. Clinique sunscreen never burns my sensitive eyes and I never get burned when wearing.
SPF50 Body cream WARNING

Clinique Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Sunscreen Body Cream WARNING. As Clinique user I never thought that their product can cause me serious skin reaction such skin rash & red itchy skin for more than a week. I was prescribed for anti-allergic medicines for 10 days. This product is not safe for sensitive skin users, even for regular skin as ingredients are chemicals including 5% oxybenzone. Oxybenzone or benzophenone-3 or BP-3 belongs to the class of aromatic ketones known as benzophenones. It is widely used in plastics, toys, furniture finishes, and other products to limit UV degradation. To recap, oxybenzone belongs nowhere near safe sunscreen formulas because once it's absorbed through the skin, it can lead to hormonal imbalance, reproductive harm, skin reactions, photo allergies, and might even be linked to breast cancer. I contact Clinique Tech support and their comment was " it can happen to anyone by using a skin product " . I am so disappointed and had to share info with Clinique customers.
I am faithful to this sunscreen

I have gone on outdoors and swimming. It never disappoints when it's body protection. Against let's say, Neutrogena spray-on SPF, I got sunburned on the areas where I used the latter one, and the Clinique SPF protected areas remained unharmed.
