How to Apply IT On Bare Skin:
Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Daytime Treatment is designed to work when skin is completely dry, so allow 2-3 minutes for your eye cream to fully absorb before applying this product.
A pea-size amount per eye can be applied to bare skin.
With light pressure, use your fingertip to glide evenly from inner to outer eye corners 2-3 times - minimal blending is best.
Use your fingertip to gently tap or "feather" the product outward at the edges of each eye.
Relax your face and let it go to work. Don't squint or smile until the product is completely dry (about 15 minutes). Then you're good to go!
How to Apply IT Over Makeup:
Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Daytime Treatment is designed to work over makeup when all products applied are fully dried down. You can use a tissue or blotting paper to remove excess oil if needed.
A pea-size amount per eye can be applied on top of makeup. Please note: If wearing with concealer, foundation or powder, Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Daytime Treatment needs to be the last product you apply on top in order to work most effectively.
With light pressure, use your fingertip to glide evenly from inner to outer eye corners 2-3 times - minimal blending is best.
Use your fingertip to gently tap or "feather" the product outward at the edges of each eye.
Relax your face and let it go to work. Don't squint or smile until the product is completely dry (about 15 minutes). Then you're good to go!
How to Remove IT:
Do not sleep with product on eye area. Always remove with Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm or your favorite waterproof makeup remover.
Gently massage Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm or waterproof makeup remover onto dry skin, focusing on the areas with product.
Rinse well with warm water or wipe off with a face cloth and pat dry.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Daytime Treatment should be applied and removed as directed. Contact with eyes should be avoided. The product should not remain on the skin overnight. Before bed, always remove the product with a waterproof makeup remover, such as Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm. If irritation is experienced, stop use of the product. If irritation persists or is severe, seek medical attention.

Not for me
I tried this product a few times, but each time it kinda burned. Within 2 hours it dried into a white itchy powder on my face. I really wanted this product to work, but unfortunately I don't think that it is helpful.

It's kinda weird
I am struggling to figure out the best way to use this product. I followed the instructions on the packaging but it makes my moisturizer flake up, no matter what. Then if I use a tinted moisturizer (my go-to) it flake up white and the only way to clean it off is to use eye makeup remover. I do like the feeling of the product, but not enough to buy again. I have not been able to see any significant changes in my under eye puffiness either, kinda bummed!

I was pleasantly surprised from this Lil tube of wonderful It does everything it claims iy does. It has a nice texture and feel not to heavy or oily but not dry or tacky either.
The best cream for eye bags!
While this product is a temporary treatment for eye bags, it actually works! A little goes a long way and it should be applied AFTER makeup. I've been using this for years and it's the only product that disguises my eye bags. Love it!

I really really wanted to like this product. I went into the store and asked about a product that could help my Italian dark circles along with my seriously baggy eyes as well as alot of fine lines. They pointed me in this direction. I asked that whatever product needed to go with makeup as I wear it every single day. They sold this works with or without makeup. It was said to out it in over makeup. I have tried every single way of doing this and every time within a few hours there are prominent lines and very cakey under eye bags. I havr tried with and without concealer. But I use full coverage concealer and foundation. I even tried it on my day off with no makeup and it did work to significantly reduce the bagging area but did not last the day. For the price I would have expected longer results and I really just can't use it with makeup which does not work for my lifestyle.
