I have been buying this eyeliner for years. The formula is fantastic; it is a deep black, doesn't smudge, and doesn't irritate my eyes (5 stars for the makeup itself). Need to rethink this product
It used to be very good quality and was on par with higher end lines. Now, the lid pops off on its own in my drawer and dries out. This has happened several times. My newest one isn't going on like the old ones used to. I see a difference in the quality of this product.

I have been using this liner for years but the last two I have bought- the caps just randomly pop off and they wind up drying out. This never used to happen before so i guess they changed something with the packaging but i'll no longer purchase it.
