To get the most out of your candles & home fragrance, start by trimming the wick 1/4 inch before use to preserve the candle's quality. Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges for a smooth burn and optimal scent release.
Burn within sight. Keep away from things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. To reduce sooting you must trim wick to 1/4'' each time candle is to be relit. Avoid using in drafty areas. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2'' wax remains. Do not extinguish with water. Allow to cool before relighting

Nice smell
Candy canes broke right away
Scented lightly, needs more wicks
I love the scent in the jar but it's too lightly fragranced when burning; it might be perfect for those sensitive to scents. Doesn't fill a small room. Improperly wicked, needs at least two if not three like the other jar candles in this collection. I don't care about the smaller size as its a display candle but it needs to be a stronger. I do hope they bring it back next year though as this is a rare fragrance. Highly recommend the fudge brownie candle if you want a cocoa scent.
Do not recommend
I bought this on sale just as a stocking stuffer basically. Like the other reviewer, one of the candy canes came broken. I debated returning it, but since i got it in sale I decided it wasn't worth it and just kept it for myself. It smells good, but just a strange design for a candle.
half a candle
I bought this on sale without clicking through to see a bigger picture and I thought the top part would be filled with clear gel because why would they sell me half a candle? Why would I even consider that as an option? I've purchased Ulta candles before and enjoyed them but this one ticks me off. First off, one of the candy canes arrived broken off. It wasn't meant as a gift so I just let it go and lit the thing. Within half an hour, the other candy cane had melted down anyway so it hardly mattered. But yeah, there's no gel. You are getting half a candle. If I hadn't gotten it on sale, I probably would have returned it because it would have been a total ripoff!
