It's just glitter
I don't understand how this has so many good reviews. I wouldn't even consider it a highlighter, it is just gritty, practically loose glitter. It doesn't blend or spread easily, and isn't very pigmented. I had high hopes based on what I saw online but it looks nothing like that or the product images in real life. I normally don't return products I've already opened to avoid being wasteful but will be making an exception for this. It's terrible.

This is the most beautiful thing I've ever used. As a self-proclaimed glitter enthusiast, this does the job!!! I use a powder brush and dust this all over my body and sparkle all day!
