LED nail lamps are a much safer option for curing gel polish compared to traditional UV nail lamps because they emit significantly lower levels of ultraviolet (UV) radiation, reducing the risk of skin damage. Unlike UV lamps, which use broad-spectrum UV rays that can penetrate deeper into the skin, LED lamps produce a more targeted wavelength that is just enough to cure gel polish without excessive exposure to harmful rays. Additionally, LED lamps cure polish much faster (30 to 60 secs) compared to UV lamps, which can take up to 2 minutes. I can't get the base coat to dry. I'm using the base coat that comes in the kit and I even tried putting it on really thin and tried leaving them under the light for 2 mins but it's still tacky. What am I doing wrong...

It worked okay for the few times it was used. After a bit the USB port on the back no longer worked, I tried several different cords with no luck. This nail lamp kit works really well for me!
I bought this while on a trip to Miami; I needed to fix some of my gel nails that I had previously done. This product works really well, I didn't know at first that the curing would use the "wipe" method at the end, so at first I thought they weren't drying. But they were and they last very long! I hadn't ever used a prep/primer before, I'm glad the kit came with this because that's allowed my gel polish to stay on way longer - I haven't had any come off since purchasing this kit.
RCM has been my fav for years!
This product is great for those who want to stop spending all the tome amd money at the salon. I have been using RCM for years now and I love the abolity to create with all the products you can get in addition to the kit. With practice youll have people asking where you got your nails done!
