Step 1: 2-3 times a week at night, spread a thin layer of Milk Facial onto clean skin at night and leave on for 5-20 minutes. First-time users or those with sensitive skin, start with 5 minutes. Advanced users do not exceed 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water then follow up with your Bloom Cream. It's normal to feel tingling during use! *Do not apply to broken skin.
Step 2: Bloom your Bloom Cream by holding the jar between both hands and using your thumbs to apply even pressure on either side of the flat circular surface. Massage into skin until fully absorbed.

Both attempts to get this failed - thanks to reviews I shook the unopened bottle & could hear the sloshing noise of liquid. Customer care set a replacement, same thing for the replacement. Now I have to mail back one of them as I couldn't return in store
Bad batch
Like others I also recieved a bad batch I've used this moisturizer and it's amazing but this duo for some reason came in liquidy and just water had to return and too afraid to order a new one as the store does not carry this duo. Shame but if you buy in the store the moisturizer is definitely worth it. Feels amazing on the skin and high quality, gentle and good for sensitive skin.
Moisturizer was watery
I have heard so many good things about the moisturizer so i decided to grab this set. Unfortunately, the moisturizer was seperated and when i would push down it woukd just squirt out liquid. Tried shaking it bit in the end it just wasnt working… may try the moisturizer in the future but this seems like a reoccuring flaw with this set. If you were thinking about trying the moisturizer, just buy it on its own
Bad batch
The bloom crean is usually the only moisturizer I use, so I bought two of these sets to try the other product. The lotion is unusable and is like liquid. You can shake the bottow and when you oush it down, a clear liquid comes out. Definitely not yhe quality I usually expereince with the bloom cream or the many other Beekman Products I use.
