For best results, the lip plumper gloss works best on smooth, clean and hydrated lips. Begin at the Cupid's bow and glide the applicator across lips in a strong crisscross pattern. Proceed to apply along the outer edge of the lips, ending at the corners. Repeat on the bottom lip.

I only bought this because Milani discontinued the Ludicrous line and I'm having trouble finding the product any longer. I cannot stand lip plumpers, they burn the heck out of my lips but it seems to be the only thing these brands sell anymore. This little secret is now in the bottom of my trash can...

It's a Good Product. it tingles when first applied. but it lasts and gives good pigmentation.
Beautiful Color, but…
It burns really bad. For those of you who can take and handle this type of burning, more power to you and I'll guess any down votes on my review will be from those who can handle this plumper instead of the warning and information put forth… I tried the shade First Kiss which would've been my new favorite shade, it's truly a gorgeous shade. I ended up with the worst allergic reaction due to the ingredient Capsicum Frutescens Resin which lasted for two weeks because it triggered Fordyce spots on my lips that was leaking the out of my lips. My already naturally full lips were so swollen they looked like balloons and sensitive to the touch. Milani does have a warning on this product, so the reviews expressing our experience of allregic reactions shouldn't be surprising. We didn't think it would be this bad because even with the warning, why add so much of it to a small tube? I've tried other glosses with the Capsicum Frutescens Resin ingredient and while it did tingle, it didn't cause this type of reaction. So my guess is they added way too much of the ingredient. I'd love to see the shades in the Maxxx Full Lip Plumper and The KEEP IT FULL NOURISHING LIP PLUMPER be added to each version so we can experience these shades in the level of plumping we desire and can handle.

I am 72 years old. I needed to replace my lip gloss and could not locate my usual brand. Choosing a lip gloss is easy peasy, right? I should have put my glasses on and read the fine print before making a decision. It wasn't until after I applied it for the first time that I realized what a terrible mistake I had made. My lips felt as though I'd rubbed jalepeno oil on them. I was on fire, not to mention an unpleasant odor. Even after washing and applying a moisturizer to my lips they continued to burn for an hour. Having plump lips isn't worth it, ladies. Buy the old tried and true. One good thing…the color was nice.
I Will Never Buy Again---Awful
This Milani Keep It Full Maxxx is absolutely awful. It burned my lips so bad as soon as I put it on. It wouldn't just wipe off with water and tissue. I had to wash three separate times with dawn dish soap and ice cold water. I've never had a lip plumper so bad. Do not recommend . There are way better products out there.
