Great replacement for cream cleansers
This product is a unique concept. It looks like a hair wax but melts upon touching it and when it hits your makeup so that you can easily wipe it off, giving you a clean, makeup free face. I still had difficulty removing my waterproof mascara with this product and while it did take a lot of it off...

This balm was a bummer. It felt great to use and I love that it's fragrance free. I love double cleansing too, using a balm or oil cleanser first and following up with a gentler cleanser (great to get off all the remaining dregs of makeup and sunscreen). I recently bought this balm, usually I would just wash my face off to remove the makeup but even after washing you can still feel some specs of makeup on the face near the eyes. By using this balm, it just removes all the tiny particles from the skin. Its very smooth, melts the makeup away, prepares the skin for night time routine since I use it at the end of the day.

I enjoyed using this product and have no qualms with it, it smells like nothing and works effectively. I did however notice it's the same price as another version double its size and that makes me less interested in buying it. With that information I do find I wouldn't want to buy this again due to the price to size ratio but otherwise it works well
