Key Ingredients
- One (Mighty) Ingredient. Made of 100% medical-grade hydrocolloid, a natural fluid-absorbing gel that gently sucks the gunk out of your pimple — providing an excellent healing environment.
Prep the pimple. First, identify the right type of zit - Mighty Patch works best on whiteheads. Cleanse the skin and let it dry. (If you have very dry skin, you may want to apply moisturizer and let it dry completely for up to 30 minutes).
Stick the patch on. Press lightly for 5 seconds to make sure the acne patch is sticking securely, especially around the outer edges.
Take it off after 6+ hours. Let the patch work its magic for 6 hours or overnight (no more than 10 hours). Peel it off and moisturize the area.
Repeat if needed. Depending on the size and stage of the whitehead, you might need to use another patch to pull out more gunk. That's normal! Grab a fresh Mighty Patch and repeat from step 1.

Be cautious if you scar easily like me. The few zits I applied these to, I am left with a darkened scar. I did not use it on other zits that I had at the same time to compare the difference. Missing patches
I was excited to try these out, but when I opened the box there were only 12 patches instead of the promised number. Hopefully I will get the right number if I decided to get these again!
Does Not Work
These have never helped my pimples in any capacity. Does not decrease size and does not take any of the gunk out. Get the Peach Slices ones instead!
