I was ordering a mini lip kit and a regular lip kit in the same color. When they arrived I had two different colors. When I reached out to the customer service they basically said there was nothing they could do because all sales are final and no exchanges. However it wasn't the color I even ordered...

Not worth the expensive price tag.
Before Kylie changed to vegan products the matte lip kits were fantastic. Now, they dont even last through the rest of my makeup let alone all day. They smear horribly and completely rub off almost immediately. Absolutely not worth the money. If she goes back to her old formula, I'll repurchase.
Messy
It's a very pretty color but it's messy and doesn't last long. Also the pencil doesn't produce more product and your unable to sharpen.
