Dermalogica's Special Cleansing Gel is an iconic soap-free, foaming gel cleanser. Formulated with lavender, it removes impurities and excess oils, leaving the skin feeling smooth and clean, without disturbing the skin's natural moisture balance.

Key Ingredients
- Lavender: soothes and reduces redness and acne scarring
- Quillaja Saponaria Bark Extract: naturally foams and cleanses
- Balm Mint: soothes and cleanses the skin
Gently lather a small amount of gel in moistened hands and apply to dampened face and neck. Rinse with warm water. Follow with toner and moisturizer.
Tip: Use with an exfoliating face brush.

I love this facewash! I got a sample of it in my Ulta 25 days of self care advent calendar. A drop goes a long way- it covers my face, neck and chest. I like the consistency and my face feels really clean, but not tight like some deep clean face washes. I usually use Cerve salicylic acid face wash but maybe ill treat myself to this one!

I had high hopes for this cleanser. It is just ok. I would say it is nice on the body, not the face. I don't wear makeup and my skin didn't feel clean after washing with this cleanser. I'll stick to my other, much less expensive, face wash.
