HOW TO APPLY:
Dispense Tinted Moisturizer on the back of your hand and use it as a palette.
Picking up a small amount from back of the hand, apply with fingers, smoothing over face in a downward motion to ensure facial hairs lay flat.
Laura recommends starting at the outer portion of the face and working inwards toward the nose, avoiding excess application around the contours of the face.
Pat on additional product to build coverage where needed.
Laura's finishing touch, inspired by a Parisian facial technique, is to smooth the remaining product under the jawline, neck, and chin.
PRO TIPS:
To build more coverage, pick up product on the back of hand using a foundation brush and work Tinted Moisturizer into the bristles on a clean area on back of the hand. Stipple onto any areas that need additional coverage.
If a fuller coverage is desired, mix a few drops of foundation into Tinted Moisturizer to get more pigment.

A Beautiful Radiant Finish
I'm not the heavy foundation type so I love that Laura Mercier has now improved their Tinted Moisturer Blurr Matte! I tend to have oily skin in my T-Zone area but this has shine control for 24hrs which I love! It has a blurring effect to camouflage enlarge pores! It's light yet buildable. It provides the right amount of hydration and protects your skin from the harmful UV rays with a SPF of 30! French Rose Clay, Eijitsu Rose Extract, and White Rose Extract were infused in this tint to help balance oil production, decrease pores, and smooth skin. I was sent the colors Cedar, Ochre, and Clay! When, I tell all three of these colors work for me I mean it. It's hard for a person of color at times to find shades that matches our skintone perfectly and I'm glad that Laura Mercier took the time to actually create colors that we can actually use and look natural!
Finally Found Shade To Match Previous Formula!
I used 2N1 in the previous formulation, and 1N Birch is the closest match in the oil free tinted moisturizer. The "dewy" tinted moisturizer feels tacky, as if you're mixing drugstore brand sunblock with foundation. Hate it. The "oil free blurred matte" will do, though I preferred the previous formulation. Don't believe the recommended shade of 2N Maple you previously used 2N1, because the maple shade does NOT match. It's yellow tinged!
No bueno, bring back old formula
The formula is not the same as their tried and true oil free tinted moisturizer. This new blurred matte is a no go for me and i love Laura Mercier and have been using their oil free tinted moisturizer for iver 5 years and when i went to replenish this is the new one that has replaced it. Super sad and disappointed, goes on smooth but separates.
Great product!
This is the PERFECT base product for anyone looking for lightweight, matte coverage this summer. I absolutely love this tinted moisturizer. It has a lovely formula that looks amazing on my skin. It truly is natte and stays in place all day (even out in the sun). It has light coverage but still enough to cover redness and blemishes.
New formula SUCKS
The new formula is trash! It settles into my pores and looks cakey. Its also VERY heavy and the old formula used to just glide right on. I would get oilier with the old formula, but would just blot halfway through the day and it would look good still. Now it looks bad an hour in and shows any dry patch I have. Very disapointed.
