I've owned two of these dryers over the last five years. My second one, bought in May 2022 just stopped getting hot and now only blows warm air. It takes FOREVER to dry my hair now and I can't use it. Will be buying another brand moving forward.

Bear with me while I ramble on…about 5 years ago I switched from this dryer after many many years when it stopped heating properly. I tried the Dyson Supersonic for a few years until it stopped working and I never liked how my hair looked while using it. I figured that the reason I disliked how my hair looked was due to my aging hair (I'm 62 with a lot of hair that is also frizzy and wavy, in a butterfly cut) along with my chosen round brush and products. I use Aveda haircare products. I even tried the SRI DryQ dryer for about 10 months til that stopped working. I decided to give this dryer another try after researching dryers and reviews and I am so happy I did!! I love my hair again!!! Same products, same round brush and technique. With this dryer, my hair is smooth, soft, shiny and straight and dried so quickly. I will never switch to a different dryer again. This is the one! And I no longer have to plan around freshly washed and styled hair days, since it now looks great on day1 not having to wait for that 2nd/3rd day good hair day.

I liked the dryer, although I already have a good one, I wanted a more modern dryer and this one has more technology. It dries very quickly, is light and not noisy, over time I wonder if it really protects the hair from heating, it seems like it does

I love this blow dryer but I am very disappointed with Ulta as a company. I ordered at full price and a week later it went on sale. I called customer service and they told me to return the item to a local store and then reorder a new one. Must companies would give you back the difference. I think I will bring my business else where as they do not honor sales like other companies due.
