- Official Answer By AG Care - Brand EngageGreat question! Re:coil gives a soft-medium hold all day, it's reactivated with water and is applied to damp or wet hair. Re:coil is recommended for 3A-4C hair. While, Definer gives a soft hold all day, requires reapplication to activate curls and can be applied on damp or dry hair; and it's recommended for all hair types. Both products are silicone-free, activates, defines and enhances curl patterns while offering humidity control and creates slight cast. Literally my FAVORITE product ever
I love this product. Love it love it love it. I like it best on wet but not soaking wet hair, raked through in sections and then brush styled through everything to make sure it is evenly distributed. I'll try different products and I always come back to this. It doesn't give a super strong hold so I like to pair it with their mousse gel after I plop my hair to get all of the extra water out before diffusing. I've even gotten several of my curly haired friends to try this and they love it too.

I bought this because all the reviews, I have fine hair. I didn't use a lot of it, but my hair was crunchy and I hated it.

I've been using this curl cream for about 6 months and won't use anything else. It's lightweight but holds my curls and keeps the frizz away. When my hair is dry it doesn't even feel like anything is in my hair!
