- Apply directly to clean dry skin OR if using liquid makeup, apply after all liquid foundation and concealer has been applied.
- Squeeze one small pea sized drop to the ring or index finger. Remember less is more with serum!
- Start at the inside corner of the eye and gently sweep outwards and upwards in a long, firm and smooth motion. Feather out edges. Unlike regular moisturising eye cream, don't rub, dab or tap the product.
- Remain expressionless and avoid any facial movement for 2-3 minutes or until the area is completely dry.
TIPS: White residue means that too much product was applied! Use very sparingly. Use alone for an instantly more refreshed and awake look. If using powder, it should be applied gently after the serum has full dried.
Precautions: Use only as directed. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a physician.

I having been looking for something effective and inexpensive to stop mature-age (40+) wrinkles and bags. I was a huge fan of Tatcha The Pearl Under Eye Treatment. So I compare all products against that (I still have some in my dwindling horde). THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT COMPARES for lifting and firming without the plastic look that creases when you smile (like Plexaderm does). You do have to add your own cream concealer over this. BUT AMAZING FIRMING properties. The sister product that is blurring did not look good on my mature skin. Thank you for making a cost effective solution, CoverGirl! You rocked it with this....now if you could just add color creamy correcting shades with a hint of pearl to the product, making it an all-in-one like The Pearl by Tatcha it will be perfect.
I wanted to love this, but…
I was hopeful about this product considering I'm in the Louis Vuitton of permanent under-eye bags club. I've tried so many of these products from the high dollar (PTR/Badescu/etc) to now this more budget friendly one from Cover Girl. So I keep my expectations somewhat low as my bags are hereditary not from a lack of sleep. While this product seems to work some - I could feel a little tightening of the skin, it is a finicky product. The directions say put on after liquid foundation. Doing that created a whitish dry looking ick under my eye, so I tried to lightly rub it away, that was terrible. So I tried using it before I put on my BB foundation, it rubbed off as I applied the foundation. The only time I felt like it didn't peel or create a gross look was when I went makeup free - just my regular skincare routine and this. This seems to be the norm with all of these under-eye bag "depuffers" that seem to work - they create an ick under that peels or looks kinda gross. Another brand directs you to actually lightly rub it away after it dries but I felt like thay actually made my bags return. So I guess I'll just keep on rocking these Louis Vuitton bags for ever. I do hope others have better luck!

The tube this product comes in is absolutely awful. You have to squeeze it so hard to get it to come out that it popped the tube open on the bottom of the crimp and I lost over half to product. I will not be buying this product again due to this issue. The maker needs to rethink the container it comes in.
