Great hydrating micellar water
I've been interested in micellar waters for a while so I was excited when I got the opportunity to receive this Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with Hyaluronic Acid + Aloe free from PINCHme. I'm very interested in skincare and generally follow a 7 step Korean beauty routine. I also worko...

Removed makeup but left skin dry
I received a sample of Garnier skin active micellar cleansing water with hyaluronic acid + aloe. This micellar water is a no rinse required product. I found that this did a pretty good job of removing most of my long wear make up after 12 hours of wear. I will say that it didn't completely remove al...

I don't break out and I broke out
I've used all of these products separately. I don't know why this was different but my skin hasn't healed and I stopped using it two weeks ago and switched back to my old cleanser. I have only ever broken out like this one other time. I have very dry skin and this did NOT help. If you have super oily skin I might give this a go. I'm curious if it would work better for that skin type.
Be Careful
I purchased this product to try something new and I wish I didn't. This made my skin break out like crazy after 2 uses and my skin stung for a day after using. Everyone has different skin types but I am someone who rarely breaks out and has never had a bad reaction to a product before. I would look at the ingredients and proceed with caution. If the same happens to you I fixed my skin by putting on Ponds moisturizer and topped it with Aquaphor before bed and within a week I was fine again.
CHECK THE INGREDIENTS
This product specifically amplified my cystic acne by a lot. I didnt know this was breaking me out but as soon as i stopped using it my skin felt better. I have sensitive, dry skin, i was shocked at my skins response either way. I am going back to the classic waterproof version of this, which doesnt have any flagged ingredients upon review and is what i had already been using orginally.
Would not repurchase.
I used this for a few days as a makeup remover. My skin became INCREDIBLY dry and irritated and began to peel, even though I immediately washed it off with my normal cleanser (which is squalene-based and not drying at all.) I hadn't added any other new products, and the dryness subsided very quickly after I stopped using it. I'm not sure which ingredient was too strong for my skin, but I would avoid this if you skin is dry and/or sensitive.
Ick
I have dry, insanely sensitive skin. IDK what happened. I use micellar water and hyaluronic acid on a regular basis, and I have never had a reaction to aloe. I decided to give this a try figuring it would work well with my skin, but I used it twice and had a reaction both times. It has been several days since I last used it, and my skin is still healing.
