Nice lip oil
It's definitely an oil, not at all sticky, and the applicator is a flexible plastic, not a fuzzy doefoot. It is beautiful, the glitter is subtle and a teensy bit gritty but imo not to an annoying degree. The scent is more floral than fruity. It doesn't dry out my lips.
