After shampooing + rinsing, depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm. On wet hair, apply from the bottom and work your way to the top, skipping the last inch or two near the root. Wait 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Tip: Avoid putting conditioner at the root if your hair tends to get oily fast.

Subpar for thick hair
Wanted to love it, as I am seeing this brand pop up everywhere and I decided to give it a try. I have thick past my shoulder length hair. I washed with the shampoo and conditioner and thought after a few times i would love it and don't. Immediately after washing I proceeded to blow dry and style and it feels like there is product still in my hair and it doesn't blow dry well or style as normal. Felt very heavy and weighed down. Did the same as I mentioned after a few washes so i know it was the product, it felt so gross I ended up just tossing it. Went back to the Redken.

It was pretty thick so you dont need to use a lot. And the bottle was cute, but a bit shorter than others. For its price and benefits I would use it again.
