My Forever Foundation

I will never buy another foundation. I bought this solely for evening my skin tone and sun protection. Despite a slightly uneven skin tone and a smidge of redness around my nose, this SPF makeup fixes all of that while giving me the bright and dewy complexion of my dreams, all while providing decent... sun protection! I would *not* purchase this if you want heavy coverage. If you have severe hyperpigmentation in any form, this won't do much for you unless you use a concealer along with it. This is akin to a very light foundation/heavy skin tint. I can feel it on my face, so it definitely isn't a weightless foundation that gives that "naked face" feeling (which is generally what I prefer). But for how lovely it looks on, I'm more than willing to deal with it. I do have a fair number of pitted acne scars on my cheeks and larger pores on and around my nose, as well as a single deep forehead line. This foundation doesn't do anything good or bad for them. They aren't emphasized or any more noticeable than usual... but they also aren't less noticeable. However, I've accepted my skin texture and wasn't seeking out a foundation to fix my textured skin in the first place. If you have similar skin concerns but want to reduce the texture, applying a good silicone primer before using this product would definitely help. I highly recommend getting color-matched in person -- go with a makeup-less face to maximize accuracy. When applying, use a foundation brush or your fingers (no sponges, it will soak the product right up) and beat your face until it's blended to your liking. Then show off your gorgeous sun-protected face to the world!
