- Official Answer By Benefit Cosmetics en_USHi Gorgeous! I would put your foundation on, then gently run Watt's Up! highlighter over your cheek bones in a line softly. Take your finger and gently work Watt's Up! into your cheekbones in a circular motion but still following the shape of your cheek bones. Feels cheap
Title sums it up. I bought this because i Love the color and intensity of the high beam, highlight product, but the texture left something to be desired, as it gets stiff when it dries. I felt that this producr provides a minimal highlight on my pale skin, but more importantly, the texture was cheap; almost dusty. Faded almost immediately as well. bummed at the price point. I like the convenience of the stick, but the effecr was kind of blah so I won't use often.

I got this in an Ipsy box and had to purchase the full size! It looks amazing for more natural skin like looks but also looks great for a full face. I do wish they had a pink shade though!
