Is this formula sort of matte? I dont like it when im using a matte lipstick and it makes it shiny.

We'd love for you to consider MAC Prep + Prime 24-hour Extend Eye Base as a great base for sparkly shadow! This helps to prolong the wear of eye makeup by 24 hours, keeping your makeup colour true and sweat-resistant. Apply all over eyelid. I have a love-hate relationship with this product. While the product does exactly what it says, and more, it needs a better system attaching it to the tube. I have opened this product two separate times (with two separate orders) and it literally flies across the room out of the container. The one time I was at a restaurant so there was no way I was going to reuse it and the second time it was in my kitchen and landed on my stove. I also ordered this product again, but I had ordered two and only received one even though I paid for two. The customer service was exceptional and I couldn't be happier.
