The Best Toner!
l love this toner I have been using it for almost a year. It's pricey for my budget but I love it and a lil goes a long way. I like the smell and the way it makes my skin feel. I use it after I wash my face with the Kiehls Facial cleanser. It feels very hydrating and doesn't make my skin feel dry.
