Cannot recommend
Bought this based on the claims that the ingredients would calm/soothe sensitive skin. I tried this many times over a few weeks and discontinued it due to my skin NOT being hydrated or soothed at all! My skin was getting dryer and looked awful and dehydrated. This product is better suited towards oiler or acneic skintypes.
SUPER SOOTHING!
This is the best basic toner. I have very sensitive and dry skin and this is perfect for me. Nothing too crazy but gets my dry skin under control without the stripping or burning. It's perfect.

i've been using this for almost half a year now and let me tell you I love it, I originally purchased this for YesStyle, but I'm really glad it's at Ulta. If you're thinking about getting a calming toner that's not really a harsh chemical I'd recommend this one.
Not good for Sensitive Skin
I have very sensitive and redness prone skin. So when i saw this toner being promoted as a sentive skin toner and one of the benefits bring "soothing" "good soothint for redness" i was excited to purchase. It didnt help my skin at all and i feel its more formulated for more mature skin
