Why oh why L'Oréal
This new formula deserves negative stars. Elnett was my holy grail hairspray for decades. I used it daily and it was absolute perfection. It had incredible hold but looked and felt like nothing in your hair. Sounds crazy but swear it was like magic. For some reason, the formula has changed and it is beyond terrible. It provides no hold and even worse makes my hair limp and feels oddly wet but not. I threw 2 cans away and wont buy another until they fix this hot mess. Ppppplease loreal bring back the old formula!!!
