You say this is safe to use on the waterline, but my eye doctor said using any product on the waterline is not recommended as it can lead to dry eye, especially in us older women. So how can you claim that, especially as it is waterproof? I ended up with dry eye after using another brand on my waterline and will never do that again. As my eye doctor said, it's called a waterline for a reason!

this eyeliner glides on so smoothly. i love how it lasts all day and doesn't flake at all. its easy to sharpen and the pigment is super dark, almost looks like a liquid eyeliner. i love how creamy it is and that you can smudge it with a makeup brush for a smoky look
Super smooth texture
Beautiful formula and texture. Smooth and great color payoff. The pigmentation is good enough to double as a lip pencil. It was the perfect chocolate brown for my dark eyes. It blended well into my upper and lower lashline. I don't know if it is waterproof, but it didn't bleed, which is awesome. On sale it is the perfect makeup staple because you will use it daily.
