I can't get the plastic top off of the "It" AB 131 Serum brush. I pealed the protective seal off, but the brushe's plastic top won't budge in either direction.

- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi there, thanks for your question! The plastic cap that comes sealed on your brush is removed by slipping it off the handle end. Can I use baby shampoo to clean this brush? Thank you!♡

Rinse completely and allow to dry full overnight. We also suggest trying out Brush Bath, our quick drying brush cleanser. Simply spray the bristles of your brush and rub onto a dry paper towel until the bristles run clear of product and color. You can get back to using your brush right away! I will not buy this brand again. some of the bristles got stuck at the factory when it was assembled the cap being put on, and now are stuck out away from the brush in a L shape.
