The main function is for use in the undereye area. Product can be gently patted on the lid with your finger, however, use sparingly in that area. I have used this product multiple times and have seen NO improvement in the puffiness under my eyes. I really wish I hadn't purchased this product because it was just a waste of money for me.

I had such high hoped for this item but it just accentuates my puffy eyes all the more.

I absolutely LOVE this product! It feels like a nice cold drink of water for my under eye area! It feels like it wakes up my tired eyes, and it hydrates effortlessly without leaving any stickiness or oiliness behind. I love that Clinique's products are formulated without scent, and never irritate my sensitive skin. I will mever be without this product. Also, it is priced super good considering it will last you well over 6 months, using it twice a day. A little definitely goes a lomg way.
