To get the most out of your candles & home fragrance, start by trimming the wick 1/4 inch before use to preserve the candle's quality. Allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges for a smooth burn and optimal scent release.
Burn within sight. Keep away from things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. To reduce sooting you must trim wick to 1/4'' each time candle is to be relit. Avoid using in drafty areas. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when 1/2'' wax remains. Do not extinguish with water. Allow to cool before relighting

Thinly Spruced
I would have ideally given this candle five stars if it wasn't for the fact that the jar is filled up only 40% making it ridiculously over prices. the design of this product is great in theory, the tin cover for the jar matches the metallic pink text on the jar and has a cute bow on top of the 10 top. The Christmas Bsalm and Cedar scent smells heavenly. Unfortunately none of these positive attributes make up for the fact that they decided to fill this large glass jar with about 40% of wax. The candle could have been better constructed. Instead of just having four trees, there could have easily been six or eight to better make use of empty jar space. Again more wax and instead of one wick, making it at least 2 Wick candle. Anyone who opens this candle will undeniably find themselves asking why didn't they fill the wax up to at least 50 or 60% of this glass jar and at least add some more trees. It seems like this was designed not to be used as a candle but an exorbitantly overpriced holiday decoration. If they bring this candle back next season, I would suggest that in the future they at least fill the jar up 60% and add a few more trees so that the trees are at least to the top of the jar so it doesn't look like they're trying to intentionally cheat customers.
No spruce smell
I purchased multiple 3 wick candles spruce for holidays. Scent was great. But this year they made it smaller and only one wick candle that doesn't smell anything like spruce. Not worth sale price. Bring back old scent with 3 wicks.
Smells nice, packed poorly
Smells nice but haven't burned it yet. It arrived loose in a box with a piece of bubble wrap tossed in on top. The heavy glass jar miraculously didn't shatter, but the lid was all dented, making it unsuitable to give as a gift.
