I won't buy this again
I've used this eyeliner for years but the last 3 times I've purchased it, the tip breaks off. It doesn't glide on as smoothly and if just by using a little pressure the tip breaks off. I will be switching to a different eyeliner

This is by far the best eye pencil I have come across in years. The application is smooth, easy, and perfect for your water line. This is the only pencil that doesn't budge or run for me. Amazing!
