It also feels more hydrated and soothed, especially after using active ingredients like retinol or acids. One more thing that I love of this its because of its watery, slightly viscous texture that feels refreshing and silky on application. There's no overpowering fragrance, which I appreciate a lot; it feels very gentle and skin-friendly, even for sensitive skin.
