Silky skin immediately & in the morning!
This moiturizer is nice and thick and heavy...but with that said, thats what i LOOK for, in a night cream. Its not supposed to he nice and light and dewy like a day time lotion. If you dont like thick, creamy skin care, try a day cream instead. Also, this product has a very noticable astrigent, pine-y, almost tea tree-ish smell. Maybe its a specific ingredient making it smell this way? Not sure, but it doesn't bother me. Just smells very masculine and outdoorsy to me, but the pine smell doesnt bother me. It faded after a few minutes. Im laying in bed and don't smell it now, but if the sound of that smell turns you off, maybe skip this one...or know the product will give you super soft/mousturized skin and the smell fades after a bit and try it! Also will add if theres articifical dyes in this, please take it out providence! Having "blue" face cream isnt needed. The product would Be just the same being white and in a cute blue jar. Im usually a dye free girly. I will have to check the label and see if it does have blue dye in the ingredients. If it does...that'll be my only reason to pass up repurchasing in the future.
Excellent Night Cream
I use this over the Provence Immortal Night Milk (love) and it really helps moisturize my skin overnight. A lottle goes a long way, it will feel way too thick if you use too much. The smell is…unique, to me it almost smells like yeast in bread ir when you walk into a brewery. Its not bad, just different. I will repirchase!
My holy grail
This moisturizer is delightful and a great fit for my skin. I have very sensitive skin and have struggled to find a product perfect for me, but this has made me glow! I love it!
Hydrating but Heavy
As many people have stated, this moisturizer has a distinct smell and I find it unpleasant. There is nothing quite like it that I have ever smelt but if I had to try to describe it, it's a combination of wet earth plus stale peppermint. The smell also lingers all night and can be nauseating if you are sensitive to fragrance. Much like a cloud, the texture is smooth and bouncy in the jar and it is a pretty light-blue color as advertised. The moisturizer does apply easily and evenly. It is very hydrating and absorbs quickly but does feel very heavy on the skin. I also noticed that it makes my forehead and nose areas very oily, very quickly. I have sensitive skin and this cream just isn't for me.
