Why is the straw so short? How am supposed to get the rest of the product out?

This means there's no dip tube and the bottles use an inner piston to push the product to the top of the pack. Please be advised that unscrewing the pump may temporarily compromise the mechanism, since this will introduce air into the airless system. To dispense the product, we'd recommend re-attaching the pump securely and pumping the bottle until you’re able to consistently dispense the product, to remove any air bubbles that may now be present.Was this answer helpful to you

The Biomat moisturizing gel cream is so addicting. I love it so much and it cools down my face and it's a good base for a skin care smoothie if you're into that.

I have Oily/Combo skin and this gel cream is amazing! I've tried other gel creams from so many brands and I always come back to repurchase this one. It's hydrating, lightweight and leaves your skin looking glowy w/o that oily/greasy feeling! Please make sure to test all products on the back of your hand before applying to face see if your sking will have a reaction.

The first time I bought the BYOMA moisturizing gel cream I got the small one. Fell in love! It is a great daily moisturizer, like goldilocks. Not too heavy, light on the skin but perfectly moisturizing. Back again for a larger size.
