This body wash is wonderful. I am surprised that no one else seemed to have major difficulties getting the pumps to open. The ones on my body washes were ridiculously hard to open! That being said, though frustrating, worth the effort!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Dr Teal's Prebiotic Body Wash in Lemon Balm makes for a fresh and invigorating shower experience. It has a lemon-citrus scent that wakes you right up, perfect for those who take morning showers. The formula includes essential oils such as sage and thyme and lemon peel oil which help rejuvenate your mood and give you a fresh start or end of the day. It contains Epsom salt, Shea butter, and Vitamin E which moisturizes your skin and keeps it from drying out. I like this body wash, but I do want to point out that although this body wash is paraben and phthalate-free, it still contains sulfates, more importantly SLS, and PEG/PPGs. If you have allergies like I do and have a sensitive nose when it comes to additional parfums and fragrances, this body wash also includes that. Just note that the ingredient list is quite long and make sure to take a look at both the active and inactive ingredients if you're someone who has skin sensitivities or issues. The texture of the body wash is gel-like and viscous but lathers well due to the SLS, and a little comes a long way. I would try to wash a small part of your body with it before completely diving in to make sure your skin does not react negatively. I have really sensitive skin, prone to rashes, and spots of eczema, and I didn't really have too much of a problem with this body wash. It does leave your skin feeling very smooth, but I do think the oils and shea butter does give the feeling that you're too oiled up, so just a head's up to those who oily skin. Over all, it isn't a bad body wash and lathers well with a loofah or towel.
