Massage shampoo into wet hair and scalp, lather, and rinse. After shampooing, apply conditioner to wet hair. Leave on for 1 to 5 minutes before rinsing.

I've bought this combo twice and love it. I started using the Redken bonding products a few years ago and fell in love with them. Then Biolage came out with a bonding shampoo and conditioner so I had to try it. I love it. It works just as good as the Redken and it's more reasonably priced.
I wouldn't buy again
Personally, I wouldn't ever purchase this item again. I've had the worst migraines, started having painful pimples on my scalp with scalp sensitivity, and they have a warning about not exposing yourself to sun when using product, which if you do buy it, LISTEN TO IT, i went out for no more then 10 mins and my skin was extremely itchy and burned from the sun.
