- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

Doesn't dry
Very underwhelmed with this. It stayed tacky throughout the day, and almost felt sticky. Im not sure if im using too much, so maybe less is more? I had filled in an area of my brow befoee using this, and it completely smudged the product. Wont be buying again.
Flakey
This gel has great hold, but it does get flaky and very visibly. I have light brown eyebrows and its noticeable after it dries. I also find that the brush tool it comes with makes it worse.

Very easy to use this product. I have always enjoyed the quality of ELF products and this has made my brows look fantastic! I am totally green when it comes to brow products and this was a great one to start. Also considering Z ELFs typical price point? This is definitely a great product to get!
