STEP 1
Tap to loosen powder.

Slowly pour liquid into powder.

How to Recycle:
For the liquid serum base, remove the cap and toss the bottle into the recycling bin after assembling.
Pop off the top.
Unscrew the clear vial from the top.
Recycle the vial + outer container.

Love the product but instructions are unreadable
I actually love this product - it works really well. It does come in a huge box with a ton of marketing materials and then the actual instructions for mixing it up are on the tiniest piece of paper in the smallest font that is light green against a white background. Did an ant design this?

I bought the C Firma in 2021 and had an overall good experience with it. I bought it again as part of the Peach Acid mix, and am extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's because I had to mix the ingredients myself, but the solution now leaks from the bottom, dries, and clogs. I have to spend 30s...

Love the product but leaky packaging

Love this vitamin c serum and have repurchased several times. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin when I started using it. It's light weight, not too sticky and makeup layers well over it. Originally the product didn't require any mixing but now it comes in a liquid and powder that you mix when you are ready to start using it to preserve freshness. The first time I received it since the change, no issues. The second time the package leaked sooo much. I tried everything to make sure it was sealed correctly but I probably lost about half the product due to leaking. I stopped traveling with it, thinking it'd be better if I kept it upright but even that didn't resolve the issue, it still leaked product out around the pump. As much as I love the formula, for the price I can't justify the risk of it happening again. Big bummer.

I bought the full sized bottle to use it every morning. I found that it's quite sticky. Definitely not easy to put any make up on top of, and even without, it's too sticky for me. Night use is better
got rid of my eye bags
I had pretty noticeable eye bags, started using this under my eyes (would take a q tip and dip it into the bottle then apply under eyes) and my bags are completely gone. however, it has dried my eyes a lot. I'm sure if I start using moisturizer more often in this area it will help though

This product is sticky and smells bad. Even hours after application I get an unpleasant whiff of it.
Will always use!
I've only been using it a week and I am completely hooked. My face has never looked so glowy and full of moisture! I also struggle with acne and my face is already clearing up.
