I received a single serve size sample of this conditioner and shampoo in an Ulta gift. There was barely enough shampoo in the packet to wash my above shoulder length fine, thin hair. There was even less conditioner in the packet. Not enough to condition my hair so I had to add other conditioner to finish. I don't see the point in product samples that are so small a potential customer can't tell anything about the product effectiveness. If anything, it made me not interested in the product for sure because of the greedy-to-a-fault product size sample. Give me enough to actually try it or don't bother.
