Scared but we're getting there
I've used the same Maybelline eyelash curler forever so I know I'm biased because I'm just so accustomed to that mechanism, but this curler and I are still getting used to each other. Not for Short Lashes or Deep Set Eyes!
I bought this eyelash curler, excited that I would get one with a "spring" and looking better than some others. However, I was incredibly disappointed upon trying to use this curler. I have deep set eyes and short eyelashes, but I've never run into a problem with any number of curlers in the past....

Doesn't work.
This does nothing to curl your lashes. What it does do is cause them to fall in your eyes. The pad is not cushion-y enough to get a good curl, and it's very short on width. I seriously do not recommend this curler at all.
Standard
It seems to be your every day average eyelash curler, nothing too fancy. I get a weird curl on my left eye for some reason, but I don't really blame the lash curler. I am still looking for one that doesn't do that though.
Like it fine
Does the trick and isn't overly expensive. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on an eyelash curler since I don't use it daily. This fit the bill.
Ripped out my eyelashes.
First time I used it, it sprung right out of my hand and in the process ripped out 1/3 of my eyelashes. DO NOT BUY!
Handle broke, tore out half of my lashes!
Loved it at first, then the handle split and broke while I was curling my lashes, tore half of them out, and bruised my eye. If it didnt break it would be so good, it curls your lashes well. Now its unusable
