I've been using this for years! I've struggled with having hard water and this stuff has been doing my hair and my scalp right. about once every 2 weeks I go it with a detox shampoo 👌👌.
Not For Me
Hair Type Straight Hair
This shampoo smells good and makes a nice lather. I used it and followed with the same formula conditioner. My hair feels a little dry and seemed harder to style than usual. I probably will try something else next time.
Hard to wash out
It's fine but it really didn't do much for my hair. It's also hard to wash out and if I don't get it all out my hair ends up a little greasy, even when I don't use a lot.

I have straight fine hair with medium density. I'm hispanic/asian. I wanted to give OUAI a try since it's been so hyped but I found that it doesn't really do anything special for my hair. It's just an okay shampoo and conditioner. Smells good, but that's about it. I didn't repurchase again.
