Waste of money
I really wanted to love this product, because I liked the idea of not using your hand while applying a foot cream. But this product is a real waste of money. It's not as solid in the room temperature, so it's semi melted, and you can't apply it directly from the tube and you need to get your fingers...

Magic on my heels!
I was in need of 911 care for my heels as I waited way too long to give myself a pedicure. After some serious elbow work and scrubbing I applied this baby on my heels and put on my socks. The next morning my heels Were baby soft. Cracks barely noticeable. Ive been applying every day since and the product definitely works. Only con is the applicator which many have said. I have to hold it at the bottom while applying and tap it on a hard surface to get the product back down when Im done. Otherwise I would recommend if you want to get your feet in shape.
worth the price?
I've been enjoying the effects of this product. Unlike other reviews, I have no issues with the packaging. However, I was shocked to find that nearly two-thirds of the product had disappeared before I even used it! There were no storage instructions about keeping it in a cool place, so yeah, that's money wasted.
Product works, packaging doesn't
This cracked heel repair stick has a formula that works well. It is very greasy and I feel I need to put on socks immediately afterwards. The problem is the packaging. It doesn't twist up like a Chapstick. You have to push it up from the bottom and rub it on your heel while your finger is underneath pushing it up. Otherwise, when you put it on your heel, the stick pushes back into the tube. If you push it up too far as I did, the stick breaks. I pushed the stick back into the tube, but what I realized is you need to find the perfect combination of pressure underneath for the stick to be up as you rub it on your heel. There had to be a better packaging idea for this stick.
Great Product, Bad applicator
I enjoy this product and the convenience. The only problem is the applicator you have to hold it in place so t doesn't fall out and then when you get to the end you have to be really careful because it will fall out. I find if I use a bath stone in the shower before I put this on it works the best. Other than the applicator I enjoy this.
Application difficult
The design of the container is awful. You have to push up the product but hold it there while you apply. If it had a deodorant style twist up it would be better. I will not be buying again unless there is a design change. Might as well use creams and lotions.
