Dermalogica's Deep Acne Invisible Liquid Patch is a sulfur-based, liquid-to-patch spot treatment that soothes on contact to treat deep acne below the skin, preventing painful, cystic acne from rising to the skin's surface.

Key Ingredients

Dispense a rice-sized amount onto the back of hand. Use finger to dap a small amount on deep breakouts at the first feeling of the breakout, gently rubbing into skin until absorbed and completely invisible. Allow one minute for product dry down. Repeat as needed throughout the day.

Miracle in a tube
I've been dealing with some stubborn hormonal breakouts on my jawline for months. My esthetician put this on my last visit and I immediately noticed a difference. I went out and bought my own tube and within days the breakouts were healing and I'm happy to say are now fully gone. Amazing!!!
AMAZING
Ive been struggling with acne for the last year. Ive been having little breakouts here and then but lately i have been full on breaking out all over my chin which has made me super insecure. I have switched up my skincare routine and tried different makeup but literally NOTHING has helped. Ill always wake up with more pimples EVERY SINGLE DAY. But i went into ulta the other day to get a new foundation to try to cover my existing acne and all the scarring ive had. One of the workers there recommended me this product, i was skeptical at first because ive tried a lot of different acne treatments. But when i tell you i used this after i did my nightly skincare routine and went to bed. When i woke up all of the pimples i put the treatment on had either disappeared, flattened significantly, or started to heal immediately. I have been using this product for a solid week and i can say without a doubt this is the only that has helped. I have had barley any pimples pop up since ive started using it and i feel like its helping fade my scarring. The only thing about this im not a fan of is the smell, it definitely has a weird smell but its nothing to bad. Other than that I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with ance and has sensitive skin. I cant stress how good this stuff is.

Stinky but great!
I'll admit that I'm kind of sensitive to smells, but the sulphur in the product is very hard to miss. This product is pretty smelly. However, I'm willing to endure just how smelly it is because it works SO WELL for what I use it for. It calms and clears angry acne and ingrown hairs from shaving SO FAST! I tend to be skeptical of pricier products because it's not uncommon for cheaper products to work just as well but I haven't found anything that works as well for me as this does. And it doesn't even bother or trigger my psoriasis, so that's an extra bonus for me!
Spot treatment with actual noticeable results!
As the title says, this spot treatment actually gives noticeable results. I use this as my final step in my nighttime skincare routine when I notice any whiteheads creeping up. By morning, the spots have reduced in size and redness significantly, if not diseappearing completely. I'm 23 with combo skin and this makes a huge difference in how long my breakouts last, going from almost two weeks to clearing up in a few days. Took off one star because the smell is really strong and the product is a little hard to dispense, but love that this product is pregnancy safe!
