Thank you for reaching out. This has not been a great experience. I ordered on 12/25 and still not received the package. I have contacted customer care multiple times and have not heard back from them. It's super frustrating and I will reach out to them again. The product is amazing and I have been using it for over 15 years. I am sure I will love it if I ever get it.

I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now. It is easy to apply. The grains are rough enough to exfoliate but not abrasive. So far my face feels smoother than before I used this product. I highly recommend it.

I have used this product for years. It used to be in a jar so seeing it in a tube I was afraid the formula might have changed but it is just the same - still is the best exfoliator ever. Gentle yet so effective. Lovely light lemon scent. It's the best
